Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — No water supply from last 7 days

Respected sir/madam

There is no water supply from last 7 days in Gangadhara chetty road and we are facing water issue. I have raised a complaint on Tuesday and called up helpline for follow up today. They told us contact multiple people which we already did.
Kindly help us resolving water problem.seems they haven't connected new line or whatever
