Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — no water supply in kormangal 8th block from last 4 days

I am put up in kormangla 8th block, 2nd cross, c main, very close to corporation bank. There has been a complete shortage of water from last 4 days here that is from oct 9th till today. Can you please let me know when the conditions will resume, when water will be supplied, what are the timings? We are now tired of paying huge sum to the water tanks fellows every day. Request you to take this up asap.

Illegal water connection is taken next to my home in devarchikkanahalli 1st cross from past one year it has over no action taken yet . Immediate response is needed for the illegally connection of the water without the meter they have been using it past a year
