Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — no water supply in our area

I stay at 8th cross r a road and there is no water supply from the municipality. We have been getting supply from tankers but now its too much to bear for us. When we asked why he is not supplying water then they ask for money. His name is dilip and he doesnt even bother to answer our calls. They say that the counsellor has taken the key for the lock that supplies water to us. This is has been a long time issue and we have been complaining but there is no solution to this.
