Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — No Water Supply since 04 Days

This is my 3rd complaint, absolutely No Water Supply even today and yesterday the whole day. Since 04 Days there is absolutely No Water.
Checked with the AEE- Response-water pipe line damaged.
When will it get rectified.
No response.
