We have made the online payment for the water bill in the web portal https://bwsajala.karnataka.gov.in/bwssb_onlinepg/quickpay.aspx, the amount got deducted in our credit card statement but we didn't get any payment receipt or acknowledgement from the https://bwsajala.karnataka.gov.in/bwssb_onlinepg/quickpay.aspx portal ... even thought payment has been made the BWSSB is not confirming on the receipt of the payment and when we contact 1916 they are saying it will take time to generate payment receipt.. does that mean BWSSB has no proper IT systems in place where they can give payment receipt to the consumers who pays their bill?? please resolve this issue Was this information helpful? |
