Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Not getting bills on time

Hello,
We stay in House No 2408, 16th A main, kodihalli indiranagar bangalore
We are not getting bills on time. 3 months once we get the bill and have to pay interest for those months which is not our mistake...pls provide us bills on time so that we can pay on time and ignore the interest.
