Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Not getting regular water supply

Hello Sir/Ma'am

I am not getting regular water supply. Usually I water supply was fixed for Monady and Thursday but I am noticing that I am not getting water supply on Monday. Supply on Thursdays is also very less. My RR no is S-249351.
Please look into it.
