We registered a request and got our water meter changed. It is more than 6 months, we have not received any bill. Every month the meter reading person come to take the reading. We follow up with him. Every time he says bill is generated and will be sent to us. We asked him a few times what is the issue. He says no issue. The bill will be sent. Now we need to escalate.
