Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — not receiving sufficient water supply

Dear sir, we are not getting water from past one month. Please look into the problem and sort out.
We have complained to the call centre. We get the response saying that it be solved immediately. But it never ever happened. We got afford to buy tankers as we are senior citizens.

Our problem you have to solve else we have to suffer without water only.
Kindly consider my request and do the needful
