Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — not supplying water to the people of this area

We reside in thanisandra. The man who is assigned to supply water in this ward does not act as a responsible person at all. He supply's water as he wish. If he leaves water a day he won't leave water for the next 20days. Last time he did not leave water for 3 to four years. He told that it was the problem of the pipe. It had broken down. But it was not true. Then he came and told that he needs 5000rs from each house to fix the issue. We gave him money and now he's doing the same thing. So please solve our problem by changing the man who's responsible for this.
