Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — overflowing of sewage chamber on our road

Sewage chamber on 6th main aecs - 'b' block, singasandra – 560 068 (Ward no. 191) was overflowing since 7-5-19, which was reported and cleaning machine was dispatched twice by the ae, the latest being 16-5-19. The problem stands unresolved and has escalated to other chambers up this road overflowing since yesterday night. The field staff are unable to resolve this due to lack of machinery like jetpump etc... We were told by the ae. Please take action to solve this immediately. Thank you.

I am a resident of 5th block Koramangala.
Landmark back side of Anand sweets shop, near band box laundry
The manhole is over flowing since yesterday that is from 4th May. Please do the needful as early as possible. It's really been very difficult especially kids and elders to step out of houses.
