Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Paid Water bill but shows transaction failed

Hi team,
I have paid my water bill from Bangalore water supply and sewerage board site and using paytm payment gateway .The transaction has been done from paytm but it shows transaction failed in Bangalore water supply and sewerage boards site.
Can i get that refund or will it be updated in that bill ?
