Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — People using motor pumps

Sir,
The people who is having the own house in the area are using motor pumps and forcibly extracting the water when it is released to all the houses, due to which people of small rented or people who own sheet houses are not able to afford for a load water and are helplessly begging for 1 or 2 cans of water from others.

This is happening past 1 year and since majorly most of the own houses are doing this in the entire road, poor people are majorly suffered.
This is a complaint on behalf of the poor who couldn't raise the complaint.

Can someone please look into the matter advice BWSSB to conduct a surprise check in the area and penalise the guilties and requesting you to take a legal action.
