I have paid the water bill on 31st of december and it looks like your records have not been updated as the bill for january includes the amount from december. The reference id is reference id: phnn1912311140388667336107.

I got confirmation from the online service provider that the payment has been made to you. Kindly please look into this at the earliest and please update the records.

My Rr number is E[protected] and I have made the payment of 7526 on December 31st and it is not showing up on the BWSSB website and I have made the transaction through PhonePe and the transaction ID: N1912311140388667336107. Kindly please do the needful
