Dear sir/madam, subject : non-construction of approach road since launching of project at shashtri nagar, banswara as all we well aware, rhb allotted houses under hig/mig/lig/ ews scheme in 2007. After a long an rigorous follow ups till date no construction work of any approach road which connect to the other part of the city is being constructed, moreover internal roads which were constructed 8-9 years back has also been damaged very badly. As per the norms rhb must provide approach road before giving possession as full amt which rhb took from allottees includes road development charges too. Please look into the matter and arrange for early road development work in area otherwise approaching to court of law as consumer is the only option left with me.
