Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Rain Water Harvesting penalty in old 30x40 buildings

Hello, our house was constructed in 2002 on a 30’x40’ site. The new RWH law for installing rain water harvesting system is applicable for all the buildings constructed after 2011. Despite informing this to the BWSSB officials, a 3000Rs fine is being levied on our monthly BWSSB bill. 3000 INR is a big amount and multiple complaints and efforts have yielded no result.
