Our house has a Ground, First & second floor. Where the First & second floor is Duplex house. We don’t have a third floor still OC charges of Rs 511 is added every month.

I have enquired this in RR Nagar BWSSB office and they confirmed by mistake they have considered 3rd floor and that is the reason OC charges are added in the bill. Also they asked me to raise a complaint so someone from their office could visit the house and cancel OC chargers.

Can you please take this complaint and take necessary action to remove OC charges. Please find attached BWSSB bill for last month which has OC charges.
