Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Requesting to give waiver for interest amount.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Salma Khanum from J J R Nagar, Padrayanapura, Bengaluru. This is to inform you that, on 16th December 2020, I have purchased a property bearing PID NO 42-40-12 and BWSSB RR No W-313722 Bill No. W[protected]. This property, I have been purchased through Auction from Saraswat Bank Co ltd, Koramangala, Bengaluru. My concern is before purchasing the property, I have done survey of the property and didn't find any BWSSB Water meter or any BWSSB Water connection in or out of the property. After 2 months passed I have received BWSSB Water Bill of Rupees 13, 707/- in the name of previous owner G RAMAIAH who have been passed away for a long time. As per the Bank records and from statement of his family, Nobody knows about the BWSSB connection. Now I am unable pay the bill of that huge amount, which I had no idea about it nor I have enjoyed or utilised any such precious facility, I humbly request from bottom of my heart that kindly look into the matter and reduce the bill amount in any mean. so that, I can pay the bill and take existing connection of BWSSB Water meter and enjoy the facilities of Governmental body. Please look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.
