Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Rs.466 on 'other charges' category

For the past few months, we have observed that in the bill Rs.466 charging extra on 'other charges' category.

I just uploaded only one bill of last month, But this is the same case for all the previous months.
