Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — S-218425/S-50 - Bill suddenly increased to Rs 9130 and we use to get Rs 500+

This is single resedence, only staying 2 people. I use to get Rs 500+ and got the bill of Rs 9130 usages showing 106000 Lts in one month. This is scam by Bscom. Need to resolve immediately, I will not pay more than the regular bill.
