Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — sanitary blockage of the main line in jyothinagar, 2nd cross

The sanitary main line of our road has been blocked, we are suffering from the pungent smell, request you to take necessary action to clear the blockage. We have called bwssb office once but they have not sent any assistance. Our house chamber is cleaned and the blockage is in the main chamber. Since it is raining nowadays, hope the excess do not come out, please take immediate measures

My house is the only house on the street which does not receive the cauvery water supply . please check ASAP if there is any blockage in the line. My tanants are threatening to vacate as there is no supply and they have to buy tankers.
