[Resolved]  Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Sanitary chamber overflowing due to the direct connection given to chamber by neighbour

Hi,

I received a message from your team that the complaint has been forwarded to the BWSSB team on Friday(June 26, 4.51 pm).I have also raised a complaint in the BWSSB website and the complaint number has been forwarded to the respective engineer through whats app as the number was shared by the BWSSB team for highlighting the issue.I have shared it and awaiting for help from BWSSB.It will be great if the issue could be looked into as it has been ongoing since Jan 2019.

Spoke with the worker from BWSSB, wont be able to come today due to personal work.Spoke with the exec engg, he informed that online complaints wont work, we need to give written complaint only then he can do something.Now going to submit the written complaint.

This is how it works, for someone's fault, we should spend our time, energy which drains us physically, mentally.

Went to Bagalkunte, BWSSB office.Handed the written complaint letter to Asst Exec Engg.Awaiting resolution from the BWSSB team.
