Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — sc borewell charge

Hi,

I built a floor on my 1200 sqft house, they started adding sc bore well charge from day 1 of construction to till date. The charge is 500 which is high. Does anyone know how we can get rid of it.

My house is in ramamurthy nagar, this was happening for almost 10 months, when i check beginning i got to know that it will be waived once construction gets complete. It still continued.
