Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Scarcity of Kavery water supply in spite of sufficient rains

Kaveri water supply is there only once a week since december 2019 in sir m. V. Nagar with less force.

Inspite of multiple complaints this issue has been unresolved.in bwssb site the complaint gets closed in 1-2 days without solving this. No one knows what is the issue
Please change the lineman since looks like he is not opening the valve on regular basis or find out what exactly is the problem and get it resolved at the earliest.
