Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — sewage chamber not closed by neighbours

Sir, door no. 664, 6th cross, hbr layout, 5th block, bangalore 560043 has not closed their sewage chamber. We the neighbours are facing a lot of problem due to it, due to the bad smell from it we are unable to stand in our balcony, and there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes breeding. The owner stays in another state and always says he is helpless. The caretaker of this building never lifts the phone. Inspite of repeated requests, they are not closing it and creating trouble for us. Kindly warn them and get it fixed immediately
