Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Sewage Chamber overflowing and backwash in to my compound

For several months the sewage chamber outside my house has been overflowing and the backwash is coming in to my compound.

The smell and sewage water is unbearable and is a health hazard for the neighborhood. The local BWSSB Office (RT Nagar) is unable to provide us a permanent solution and every 15 days we have to beg them to clean the chamber.

Please give us a permanent solution
