Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Sewage from main line coming to my house chamber

The sewage from 19th cross, 2nd Block, jayanagar is coming into my house inspection chamber and overflowing from there causing all the waste to accumulate in my compound and continating my drinking water sump. This is happening for the last 2 months and there is yet to find the solution. Please resolve this major issue.
