Dear sir,
1. This is to bring to your notice that there is a sewage leakage & overflowing outside our office. Our company located at #820, 80 ft road, 8th block, koramangala bangalore - 95. There is a man hole just in front of our office. The sewage chamber is getting blocked very frequently & is overflowing on the road from past 3-4 months. They are required to be repaired / reconstructed at 80 ft road, 8th block, near ngv signal (Diagonally opposite to police station), koramangala. Our submission is as follows :
(A) there are schools, temples, hotels, eatery stalls, old age home, ngo, police station in the same lane of our office road. It is causing a lot of problems to all these people, including daily commuters, employees, neighbors, road side walkers, hoteliers, etc as it is giving foul like smell / stinking, leading to breeding of flies, lot of rodents, flies & harmful mosquitos in the vicinity, which is health hazard.
(B) people live in & walking on the road are receiving bad smell daily because of this, and also employees & other vicinity people are getting infected and are tend to fall sick due to this. Day by day it is becoming difficult to live because of this problem. Even now road is overrunning with sewage water and lots of smell and odor, it is looking like we are working in slum area.
(C) last 2-3 days bwssb team had done some work, but unfortunately nothing has been fixed so far and same problem continues. The line is blocked and the sewage is overflowing from the man hole / chamber. No proper & permanent action has been taken care on, despite the complaint has been made
(D) commuter vehicles are getting struck & may fall inside the manhole causing accidents.
(E) on our repeated complaints requesting for pumping lorry to clean the entire line, but the line man had just cleaned it with a stick, but regret to say that no permanent solution has been found so far. Sewage line gets open every two-three days and starts overflowing on the road.
2. I am sending some pictures for your reference.
3. Keeping in view the health factor of not only our employees, but also every individuals living in the area, we request you to look in to this matter on priority basis and try to resolve it permanently.
Thanking you,
P n roy
