Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — sewage line is damaged by the bwssb service guys

Hi, there was a complaint by the neighbours on their sewage getting blocked. So service guys had come to set it right. During the work, they have damaged our line and asking ransom to repair the damage which is not appropriate. Kindly take action and need immediate help for the same.
