Due to the sewage chamber block the sewage water is draining out at the joint of the pipe, as there is a pores in the soil the sewage water drained from the joints is passing through the pores and coming out in the drain, so as we are the resident in the location we cannot come out of house due to the dirty smell. So kindly come and rectify the work as soon as possible.
