Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Sewage water coming out of drain

The sewage water from drain is coming out daily and overflowing for past one year. There was plan to add new sump from BWSSB to reduce the overflow but there is fix yet. We have filed repeated complaints multiple times . The affected apartments are crystal jade, Hoysala Jodidhar, Fortuna Icon and Nagarjuna Gardenia
