Dear sir/madam,
Public sewage water from 2nd cross road at simhadri layout, uttarahalli, leaking from chambers and mixing to our sumukha simhadri springs apartment basement sumps and bore well under ground water. It causes many heath issues to our residents and also we sent the bore well water to laboratory, there is bod and cod presence in report.

Hence request you to please look in to it and solve as early as possible.

There was public sewage water mixing to our apartment Sump and Bore well under ground water, Hence due to mixing of sewage to drinking water our residents suffering from many health issues . Hence we request you to kindly arrest the leakage of sewage water from the chambers at 2 nd cross road, Simhadri layout, Uttarahalli, Bangalore 61. Please fix this issue as early as possible.
Hope you may consider this issue is very seriously and solved by shortly.
