Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Sewerage manhole leaking in front of the house

The sewerage manhole in front of our house is leaking for the last one week. Various attempts to call the authority are in vain.
We are residing in syndicate bank colony andhrahalli main road, herohalli, bangalore.
It was once cleaned 16 days back but it's back to leaking. The person who attended this earlier has taken 4000 rs but the problem persists.
