Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — the sewage line on street is blocked and complaints to bwssb is not helping

Dear sir,

The sewage line on 8th cross, 7th main, narayanangar 2nd block, dk sandra post, off kankapura road is blocked and complaints to bwssb is not helping. We have submitted letters to executive engineer, spoken to office staff - they always say will inspect. From last 15 days no one has turned up to inspect and no remedy assured.

Kindly help us to get some response form authority in this regard and instruct our local bwssb to do sewage collection and disposal fixed.
