Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Transfer of ownership

Hi,
I had applied for ownership transfer of the bwssb connection bearing the application number TOC[protected] and the payment towards the same is also made on[protected].
The status of the application states that it is approved by AEE and the transfer is still under progress.
Kindly get this addressed at the earliest.
