Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — water drainage is blocked

Im located in 10th cross bhel layout 2nd stage pattanagere rajarajeshwari nagar.

The water drinage near my home in the corner is blocked, because of which our home water drinage is also blocked.

We cannot use bathrooms and there is bad stench innthe road because of water overflow, it has been going on for a week and no amount of calls to bwssb has led to any resolution.

Please fix this soon.. The water is flowing on the road.

I have been charged Rs446 as the other charges in my water bill and my total bill amount has been risen upto Rs1434, this has been happening from past 2 months I would like to know what are the other charges. Please see to this query and take necessary actions needed, if not mail me the queries taking place.

We are having only 4 house in a building but the Bill has been generated for 20, 884/- saying that the consumption is almost 2, 62, 000 ltrs (Round Figure).
Is this possible? please check and resolve as earliest what is the problem in it.
