Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Water is not sufficiently sent ,but has tons of mud in it

I am a consumer of water in viveknagar here we are not getting water properly the water comes an hour or so in that too we get tons of mud please clear the pipeline and make it atleast 3 hours of water
