Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Water leakage from cauvery water line

I had complained about under ground water pipe leakage about 4 weeks back. I was also informed it shall be attended soon. But till date nobody has come. Whenever Calvert water comes it starts leaking.
There is continuous water flow & wastage.
Kindly get it attended on priority.
