Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — water meter running even when there is no water flowing

Address: 6th Cross KR Layout, JP Nagar 6th phase, 560078

I see that water meter is running even when the storage is full and there is no water flowing in. The days cauvery water comes meter keeps running for the whole day which results in high water consumption bill. I have checked the water tank full and did not turn on the motor to make sure tank remains full when cauvery water comes. Please check and sort it out at the earliest.
