I'm writing this complaint hoping atleast someone from BWSSB higher Authority will notice and take action and resolve our water problems.
From 5 days we have not got the water supply, when approached to BWSSB office near Domlur Bus stop they said to write in the book, we'll come and check. By this you can understand how careless they are. I'm saying we have not got water for 5 days, so instead of providing some alternate options they are asking to register a complaint and go from here.
We are facing Water problems from few months at 11th Cross, Domlur Village. Many people in our lane have complained n number of times but still the BWSSB persons have not taken any action till now. The Water supply is two days once and we get water hardly 3-4 hours and that it comes very slowly. There is no water problem in 10th and 12th Cross, Domlur village and only our lane has issues. So I don't understand if they have separate valve for each lane or what. We didn't had any issues like one year back and I don't understand why we are facing the problems now.
In Winter the situation is this, so I can't image how it'll be in Summer when we have water storage across Bangalore city.
I told I'll approach higher authority and they provided some phone number and when called the BWSSB person was off duty and asked to call tomorrow evening, I requested to send another person to check as there will be no supply tomorrow but he said there is no one else. I don't understand how they will check when there is no supply. We have to suffer for another 2 days without water. Was this information helpful? |
