Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Water supply problem

Hi there is no water supply from past 2months in our area, I informed this to Waterman but he said there is some motor problem.he is very careless about this and not responding properly.its being very difficult for us to maintain without water supply.please take action on this.
