Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Without checking the reading blindly putting the bill

Hi,
This is Mubeen Taj, RR Number W-377232 residing at No. 5/1, 7th Cross, Pipeline, New Guddadahalli, Bangalore 560026.
The waterman by name Hanumanthaiah and his mobile number is [protected] told us that your water meter is not running please change the water meter and pay Rs.5000 and exchange the water meter, though it was running in good condition. Then we have paid a sum of Rs.5000 and returned the old water meter to him. Even after changing the water meter without seeing or checking the reading the waterman use to put the bill of Rs.2500 to Rs.3000 monthly blindly, below attached the water bill of previous and present month please go through it and do the needful at the earliest.

PLEASE ASK YOUR WATERMAN TO FIRST CHECK THE READING AND THEN PUT THE BILL, PLEASE BE HONEST TO THE SALARY AND COMPANY WHAT THEY ARE PROVIDING TO HIM.
