Since March 2017 I am receiving worng bils every month saying that I have two line connections. Immediately I contacted A. Narayanapura office and enquired about this. After my enquiry, and clarification and inspection, Work Inspector and AE has reported to the good office saying there is No two connections of water supply to my house on 03.05.2017 and signed by both the officers on 15.06.2017.Where as rectification of bill is not being done till today. We are getting two meters penalty bill of March 2017 starting it was amounted to Rs.33185/- . Now we are getting with bill dated 20.12.2020 with accumulated interest amounting Rs. 44892/-. I am in no way responsible for this wrong raised bill. Your demand of raising this bill is wrong and not required to be paid by me. I have also inform PRO, AND CONSUMER CELL HAD CLOSED THE COMPLAINT No.73042, AS IF IT IS RECTIFIED. But actually it is not rectified. Please look into the case.
Hence, We beseech your kind intervention to solve this problem to rectify this wrong bill and accumulation of interest and two connection charges be removed from the bill. We paid till day the monthly bills totaling to Rs. 81285.00. Was this information helpful? |
