Hi,

Wrong bill generated, RR number : S-479177/E23 - 120. Bill number : S[protected].

The billing guy was a new person. He typed the meter number in bill and got bill generated wrongly with water charges Rs.210 and Borewell charges Rs.500, but We do not have any borewell at our house at all. Just one day before this, I had paid Water bill Rs.96 through online payment from Amazon pay, but it got refunded. I had got bill with Rs.96 in both Amazon pay and Phonepe.

When asked the billing guy, that we do not have borewell and why Rs.500 had been charged unnecessarily for borewell - which we do not have. And how the water charges got changed from Rs.96 to Rs. 210 in one day.
He asked us too write letter to BWSSB Office to get it corrected. He did not even cross check or talked properly.

Updated by Pavan43 Please rectify this mistake done by billing person. Simply we cannot pay extra money for the borewell which we do not have.

Updated by Pavan43 And the water bill which we got earlier was Rs.85 and after the billing person entered wrong bill it got changed to Rs.210. I will be having work and will not be able to roam for office.
As expirenced previously, for changing the name of to the customer i had given letter and filled the form and given to office at M.N.K park Bangalore one year ago. Came there multiple times but work was not done.
