Pls find the below date the water meter was disconnected and taken along with the BWSSB TEAM stating the same will be returned back after water bill is paid & we paid the bill... pls find the bill numbers & payment dates..
Disconnection date:15.04.2021 RR number E168730
Bill no. E[protected] Billing Date 15.04.2011
BILLING PAYMENT DATE 22.04.2021 rs.4000 BILL N0.E[protected] and the paid bill was sent to BWSSB PERSON ON MOBILE NUMBER [protected]
NOW THE PROBLEM IS the Water moter was not returned & connection was not given for next two months after regular follow-up to customer care number, there on I last two of my family members because of CARONA COVI19 high death rate of 2nd WAVE DISEASE.
We thaught because of COVID19 NO PERSON HAVE TURNED UP FROM BWSSB FOR RETURNING THE WATER METER.
Later I received bill on 15.05.2021 bill number E[protected] rs.626 the same was paid through online payment
But still water meter was not returned.
LATER AGAIN I recieved bill on 15.06.2021 bill no. E[protected]
Now I want to know why the OTHER CHARGES have been charged with rs.7500 in the month of June 2021 when i have paid the bill and no person have returned to return the water meter.
Later again when contacted BWSSB and said meter is not returned even though the bill was paid 2 months before then they sent through the hands of young billing boy and handed over to the kirana store opposite to my house even though we were home.
I REQUEST YOU TO PLS DO THE CORRECTION OF BILL BEFORE THE NEXT BILL TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.
WE HAVE LOST JOB FROM ONE YEAR UNDER COVID19 JOB LAYOFF.
