This is to inform that I applied for a loan in HDFC bank through bank bazar on 12th June 2019. Then I submitted all the information and detailed documents as per their requirements. They were so active till i submitted my detailed documents like bank statement, salary slips, address proof, pan card. It has been so many days since i have submitted the documents and the number they have provided in case of any query is always busy. I have written Email also to their complaint department and I am getting a self generated email which is in computer encrypted language. If I am trying to contact any other person they are saying it will take time and will call back but there is no progress from their side. I am in urgent need of finance and at the time I was providing my documents they were promising that you will get loan by one day it has been so long and now they are not even solving my issue. Even I haven't received any call or email from bank itself.
