Bank ICICI Credit Card — credit card

Dear all,
I had taken icici bank credit card in 2007. I paid more than double amount that time. Then also they shown dues.
So i decided to do settelment that time.
Then it is decided of amount 17000 as given settelment letter. I paid amount in two stroke as discussed with customer care person that time on same date with cash and check. Then after some days again they called saying ur settelment is void as paid in two installment so said to pay remaining. I got shock about this fraudulent senario by bank. They harrashed me. They started threatened me by recovery agents though paid settelment amount. So i send them notice through lawer then they stop calling me. But now i saw my name in cibil it shows 29 k outstanding which damage my cibil records.
Thus this icici bank is cheated me.
I am myself now a lawer. Now i decided
To file case against it and make awareness to people through social media, print, digital media, twitter, facebook how icici bank fools peoples.
