Money didn't drawn from atm but deducted from my accnt

Sir,
I Shivam Singh draw a ₹800 two times IE., total 1600 from my BOB ATM on 28/10/2016 around 3 PM in Perinthalmanna, Kerala . I don't get the money both of the time I draw money, I only received a slip of transaction failure. But a sum of ₹1600 is deducted from my accnt . My accnt no:-[protected]. Kindly look in to the matter.

And ur sevice is very bad and pz provide the email ID of deoghar branch, jharkhand...

Declined transaction at atm

Transaction failed through atm but i got the message of transaction of the same amount was successful

The transaction was failed in the dcb bank located at nashirabaad, jalgaon - maharashtra. But within 5 minutes, i got a message of transaction of the same amount was successful even though i didn't get the money as atm showed, transaction could not be processed. After an hour when i'm writing this complaint i didn't get the message of the same amount to be credited in my account. So please help me as soon as you can....

Non receipt of funds in ATM

Outward cheque return charges against the sufficient balance in my account
