This is about Home loan Provisional/Final Statement from bank of Baroda Powai Mumbai branch
I don’t understand why Bank Of Baroda (BOB) don’t send Home loan Provisional/Final Statement to us by post every year. This is mandatory requirement for customers for tax benefits. Other banks send this every year by post to our home address. Why can’t BOB do this? It is really painful every year to visit bank, give an application and then next day re-visit to collect the certificate. It takes an entire day. We have to take leave from office to collect this from bank. In spite of so many mails, they don't even respond.
