While applying for the passport on Saturday i.e. 4th March 2017, I made payment under the ARN- 17-[protected] but the payment was failed and the amount was deducted from the account.
I contacted my branch but they told its not their matter as the portal was of SBI, I contacted SBI also but they said it can be sorted only from BOB.

Its very disappointing that you people are not solving the problems of your valued customer. Its very pathetic experience to deal with this bank.

    Sir i went for depositing my money to bank of baroda nathdwara branch i wanted to deposit 17000 inr so cashier said u have to deposit it through machine because below 20000 deposited through machine only.
    I went for machine deposit process. I dialed my account number and then i put my money to the money slot and after that machine displayed hardware error and issued a receipt showing your transaction was unsuccessful.
    Sir i need my money. For you it may be less amount but for me it is huge.
    Please sir do something.

      with the above Complain no, which lodged over phone at Bank of Barodas customer care centre, I purchased something from AMAZON using my BOB Debit card, further I cancelled the transaction. Accordingly the AMAZON Seller Service has been refunded the amount Rs.19189/_ on 19/04/2017

      Here is my request to expedite my refund amount and it has to be credited to my Savings Account without further delay.

        Hi,
        I have applied home loan transfer from icici to bob. From icici bank got everything to process with in an instant.
        But for home loan transfer. But from bob it has been two months, but no processing.

        Whenever i call, i get some random answer legal document is not received. Property valuation is not done.. Blah blah. Infact everything started, month ago.

        I don't know where to go. How to proceed, pls help.

            We are facing the issue where we are not getting any help from Bank of baroda past 3 months.

            The problem faced is for 2 transactions on dates 9th and 16th January 2017. These transactions each of RS 9000/- has occurred when the withdrawal limit was ONLY 4500 after demonetization. 9000 was received in cash BY THESE 2 TXNS but 9000 was debited more mistakenly which did not reverted into account till date. Means, A.K. Roy wanted to withdraw 4500 but each time 9000 got debited.I have attached the snapshot from passbook and print slip from the ATM where these debits has occurred.
            .
            We have done multiple follow ups with the bank, but our 9000 rs is not reverted.How can one take out 9000 rs in a day when withdrawl limit was set to 4500. Please help us as we are not getting any assistance

              When I am asking to bank manager they talk to me very rudely.
              Say it is RBI rule to close off bank 4:00 PM, then they deny and angry.

              No one is helping me in this matter. Please help I m physically challenged and they r avoiding me, making me suffer, please help.

                This is to inform you that I have a saving account no. [protected] in your bank at MIDC branch in Maharashtra.
                I have observed several times that the currency notes which are coming out from your ATM are not good. Last week I have withdrawn Rs 15000/ from your ATM at westBengal, there was one Rs.100 currency was very poor quality. Local shops/markets are not ready to accept it. Enen today I have withdrawal Rs 10000 from your ATM at MIDC, Maharashtra, one Rs 2000 currency having pitting marks in different colour.
                So, our expectation is that what ever currency comes out from your ATMs, these should be accepted by local shops/markets.

                    Kindly note our problem sir, we pay the bsnl telephone in the bsnl site the amount is transferred into the another site of amazon on dated 22-02-17 pgdr/amazon rs 784.00.in our telephone statement this amount is not debited. We take a bank statement now we know that the payment made against bsnl charges but not debited against our telephone bill. It is diverted to pgdr/ amozon site. How will it happened please clear it and refund the amount in our account.

                      I have a savings account (a/c no. [protected]) with BOB Shastripuram branch, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
                      I have used my BOB Rupay debit card for an online transaction on 10-April-2017 at amazon of Rs 1110
                      My order got cancelled but amount got deducted from my account.
                      I've got an email from Amazon saying "my refund of Rs.1110 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in my account by[protected]". But i haven't got any amount till today ie 21-4-17

                      The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected].

                      I have also done an online complaint but didn't received any response till now. Please kindly take the matter into consideration.

                              My name os vishal gogna, i am sr. Auditor in indian audit and accounts department. My residential address is 746 grover colony dilbagh nagar ext. Jalandhar. A housing loan application for rs. 19, 50000/- was filed by my wife ms. Lipika. Approximately one month ago, i was supposed to be guaranter. Submission of all the required documents was completed on 30 th of march 2017. First there was abnormal delay in sanction of the loan. We were called by the maqsudan branch jalandhar on 18.04.2017 to complete the process, making the things from bad to worse, we were told that the loan was sanctioned in our names as joint, whereas only lipika was the applicant. When talked to the concerned authorities, they agreed to re issue the papers within two days. Now on 20.04.17, when i called the concerned officer, i was told that the dealing officer is on leave for app. 1 month and our case will be settled only after he will join the duty.

                                  on 9/5/2011 after that i am suffer so many problem,

                                  * Sir penal intrest started from 1st day of taken my education loan
                                  * sir education subsidy is not claimed by bank employees so that i have not received subsidy for 2.5 yr due to bank's Negligency
                                  * sir rate of intrest of my loan is fix and its too high 13.65+2%
                                  * sir i have remind this all the issue since staarting of my loan, after that i have given this complain for 3 times in a written & also given in writing in regional office of bob anand but sir...
                                  no one from regional office and branch office bank employees going to help me for this problem and in all the time they are asking me that its not our fault and its not in our hand sir please kindly help me... I am tired since 4 yr none of is going to solve my problem and blam me you are responsible for all that things..
                                  So sir please kindly help me for credit education loan subsidy, penal intrest which was debited in my account since 1st day of taken loan and do fluctuate and decrease my rate of intrest so that i can get benifit in rate of interest because sir my rate of intrest is 13.65+2% than what's diffrance is reman between personal loan and education loan...

                                        Hamne bank of baroda me c/n ke lie apply kiya tha lekin abhi tak wo open nhi hua hai. Account number generate ho gya hai, checkbook bhi mil gyi lekin abhi tak account start nhi hua hai. Waha jane par manager sir koi reply nhi de rhe hai. Aur unko iss account ke baare me koi jankari hi nhi hai ki hmara accnt kyu nhi chal rha hai abhi tak. Hamare doc me bhi complete hai aur agar doc me koi problem hai to mujhe wo bhi nhi bta paa rahe hai manager sir.
